These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of shapeshifter.digital (the "Site"), operated by Shapeshifter (Shapeshifter Creative Technology LLP, "Shapeshifter", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Use of the Site

The Site is provided for informational and portfolio purposes. You may view and share its publicly available content for personal, non-commercial use, provided you do not remove any notices or misrepresent the source.

2. Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including the Shapeshifter name and logos, text, design, showreels, films, animation, game art, and visual effects, is owned by Shapeshifter or its respective clients, collaborators, and licensors, and is protected by intellectual property laws. Showcased work may be subject to the rights of the brands and studios it was made for. Nothing on the Site gives you any license to use these materials unless we agree to it in writing.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

use the Site in any unlawful manner or for any unlawful purpose;
copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content without permission;
attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, or disrupt the Site or its underlying infrastructure;
use automated means to scrape or harvest content except as permitted by our robots.txt.

4. Third-party links and content

The Site links to and may embed third-party platforms such as Vimeo, YouTube, and Instagram. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of these third parties. Your use of them is governed by their own terms.

5. Disclaimers

You agree to indemnify and hold Shapeshifter harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
